INSPIRATION
Still Waters Roasting was born out of a simple love for good coffee and a deep desire to savor life rather than rush through it. The name comes from Psalm 23, where God promises to lead us beside still waters, places that calm and steady the soul. In a world that moves fast and demands constant productivity, those moments of true rest can feel rare. But something beautiful happens when you sit down, breathe deeply, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee made with intention. It’s a small ritual, almost ancient now, but one worth bringing back.
PASSION
At Still Waters Roasting, my goal is to craft coffee that helps create moments of rest and renewal. For me, it’s about carefully roasting each coffee batch in very small quantities, so I ensure the highest quality. By focusing on roasting small batches slowly and attentively, the aromas and flavors develop naturally and fully. From light, bright profiles to darker, richer roasts, every bean is treated with care so you can taste the difference in every cup.
